T-shirt donna bianca raffigurante una reinterpretazione accartocciata ed in viola del celebre barattolo della zuppa in scatola Campbell’s, reso celebre dal genio pop di Andy Warhol. La sua arte, che portava gli scaffali di un supermercato all’interno di un museo o di una mostra d’arte, era una provocazione nemmeno troppo velata: secondo uno dei più grandi esponenti della Pop Art l’arte doveva essere “consumata” come un qualsiasi altro prodotto commerciale. Ha spesso ribadito che i prodotti di massa rappresentano la democrazia sociale e come tali devono essere riconosciuti: anche il più povero può bere la stessa Coca Cola che beve Jimmy Carter o Liz Taylor.

His art, which carried the shelves of a supermarket inside a museum or an art exhibition, was a provocation not too veiled: according to one of the greatest exponents of Pop Art art had to be “consumed” as any other commercial product. He often reiterated that mass products represent social democracy and as such must be recognized: even the poorest can drink the same Coca Cola that Jimmy Carter or Liz Taylor drinks.
