Siamo in “Guerre Stellari: una nuova Speranza”: Luke Skywalker e Obi-Wan Kenobi stanno cercando su Tattoine un passaggio per Alderaan. Trovano Han Solo che si vanta di aver compiuto la via di Kessel in soli 12 parsec. La cosa sarebbe finita lì, visto che Obi Wan accetta e sappiamo tutti come è andata a finire. Se non fosse per i più precisini… Lucas aveva usato l’unità di misura parsec, perchè faceva tanto fantascienza, viaggi spaziali, ecc, peccato che il parsec è un’unità di misura di spazio, non di tempo. E’ un pò come dire di aver fatto 5 km in 1 km, non ha senso! La soluzione? Cercatela in “Solo: A Star Wars Story”!

If it weren’t for the most precise … Lucas had used the parsec unit, because he did so much science fiction, space travel, etc., too bad that the parsec is a unit of measure of space, not time. It is a bit like saying you have done 5 km in 1 km, it makes no sense! The solution? Look for it in “Solo: A Star Wars Story”!

Il proprietario, il fantastico Ray Charles, per convincere i due ad affittare un piano canta Twist it (Shake Your Tail Feather)… inutile dire che la scena è entrata nella storia del cinema.
