T-shirt donna bianca ispirata al famoso manifesto di Howard Miller del 1943 raffigurante una donna che si tira su la manica della camicetta e dice “We can do it!”. Tale manifesto venne commissionato all’artista dalla compagnia Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company, con il fine di appenderlo all’interno della propria fabbrica. Negli anni venne poi associato a Rosie the Riveter, al movimento delle donne salariate che lavoravano durante la II Guerra Mondiale e più in generale al femminismo. « Il femminismo è stato il primo momento politico di critica storica alla famiglia e alla società »
White women’s t-shirt inspired by the famous 1943 Howard Miller poster depicting a woman who pulls up the sleeve of her blouse and says “We can do it!”. This poster was commissioned to the artist by the Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company, with the aim of hanging it inside his own factory.
